iPod 6th Gen

One and a half month ago, I bought something that I've dreamed about since I was in Bandung. Yes, it is a new MP3 player, and this time my choice was Apple iPod 6th.

Why Apple? Am I an Apple fanboy? No, I am not. I am just a graduate student with not-so-much money in my pocket. But I decided to buy this Apple product because I can get 2 by buying 1. These 2 are a new MP3 player and ... a new watch. Watch? Yes. Because of its small size and square shape, this iPod can be used as a watch by putting it inside an empty bracelet which is designed to hold the iPod.

That is how my left wrist looks like. A black watch with a MP3 player on it. Yes, it cool and great. But when I walk and listen to music from this MP3 player, there's something that makes me a little uncomfortable. Yes, the earphone cable. The only bad thing about this MP3 player is no Bluetooth. I think it will be better if I can walk, run, or do anything while listening to the music without taking care of the cable.

This iPod also has an application supported by Nike, Nike Fitness. Using this application, I can count the number of steps I've taken from my room to my lab. Also, I can measure the calories burned from running.

Well, iPod 6th Gen, welcome to my gadget family.
